A tip for runners,
If your running outdoors, and you feel like stopping to walk or take a break, think of this: imagine all the people passing by in cars watching you, and how dumb you’d look if you just stopped.
Or in the gym running on a treadmil, think about the other people thinking wow they are stopping already? They just started.
