A pictorial guide on how to get into a toe stand
I really wanted to upload the video but the audio has gone whack and there was nothing i can do to salvage the video. Sorry guys, I’ve tried my best! :/
Remember, as you bend down towards the ground, make sure you hinge on your hips and make sure that your standing leg is straight (but not hyperextended). Feel free to stay in any of the poses above so long as you feel comfortable. You don’t have to get into a toe stand immediately if you do not feel ready!
